Inspired by our founder who worked for people’s happiness, we roast coffee beans, each of which is a source of happiness.

Toper’s light was lit in 1954 by Nurettin Karakundakoğlu in a small 33m² workshop with a bright spark of technical brilliance.

From a young age, Mr. Nurettin worked with great dedication to produce new machines, facilitate production and improve quality, and the coffee roaster he developed attracted great interest at the time.

The Roast Master

Toper Coffee Academy was established to provide support to those who work in the coffee sector and want to gain knowledge.

Coffee trade has been developing since the 1300s and is now the world’s second largest commodity. However, incomplete information leads to poor quality and wasted resources.

This book provides basic information for the training of coffee roasters and covers coffee history, green coffee, brewing and tasting.

We would like to thank those who contributed to the preparation of the book.
