Giving particular importance to sharing the know-how and experiences regarding entrepreneurship in manufacturing trainings, Toper trains the young educated professionals who just entered into business life about enterpreneurship.

In training courses, Toper shares his experiences about fundamental topics, e.g. current economic reviews, the key to success and the musts for success with the young. 		  Supporting libraries

Toper supports building up and development of libraries for the professional schools particularly which does not have one, therefore he contributes to the education and the students to develope their visions. 		  Supporting sailing

In order to contribute to Turkish sailing, Toper supports Drakula Sailing Team for their activities and taking part in the international races. 		  Coffee Kids' & Fair Trade

Toper is a member of Coffee Kids' Organization which works for improving the lives and livelihoods of coffee-farming families supplying more than half of the world's coffee production. Besides, Toper supports the international organizations developing “Fair Trade” projects.
