Toper Coffee Academy has been established to support people who has entered or will enter in the coffee industry, and who would like to have information about coffee.

Known coffee history and commerce has been developing since 1300’s. Coffee is the second biggest commercial property of the world after petroleum. Coffee has become the part of great social structure by dint of specifications that it has.

Coffee has a very important place in personal life, in meetings, in conversations, in gastronomy. And also it had been banned because of the effects on the political area.

The musical work in this album is the study of the known history of coffee.

We appreciate to Composer Cumhur Bakışkan because of his self-sacrificing studies of preparing these musics.
