Toper Coffee Academy was established to support people and investors who work in the coffee sector, who are planning to enter this sector and who want to have knowledge about coffee. Coffee trade has been developing continuously since the 1300s. In recent years, this development has been stronger. Coffee is the world’s second largest commodity after oil. A lot of information about coffee is wrong, inadequate and incomplete. This leads to a decrease in the quality of the coffee offered to the consumer, wastage of resources and the development of the coffee trade in the wrong direction. This book covers the beginning level of training for the coffee roaster. It contains up-to-date information on how to train a coffee roaster. Roasting coffee is the main element. The history of coffee, green coffee, brewing and tasting, which are necessary to be a good roaster, are also included in this book.
