Toper Coffee Academy is founded to support people who work or plan to participate in coffee sector, individuals and

investors who need to have relevant information about coffee.

Coffee trade continuously improves since 1300s with increasing rapidity in recent years. Coffee has been ranked as the world's second traded commodity after petroleum.

Most of the information regarding coffee are incorrect, inadequate or imperfect. This leads coffee quality degradation, wasting sources and coffee trade going astray.

This book includes beginner's level information for coffee roaster's training with up-to-date facts where coffee roasting is the key element. Topics as history, green beans, brewing and tasting, which are the key essentials for an expert roaster, are also included.
