The known history and trade of coffee has been continuously developing since the 1300s. Coffee is the world’s second largest commodity after oil. Thanks to its characteristics, coffee has become part of a large social structure. It has a very important place in personal life, meetings, conversations, gastronomy. It has even had an impact on art and politics, which is why it has been banned from time to time. The music in this album is a work on the known historical information of coffee.
